Home-R Construction carried out three full-gut loft apartment renovations in a historic landmark building in Tribeca.

Each loft was fitted with wide plank wood floors and all new historic double-hung windows with remote-controlled shades.

The kitchens have been designed to fit seamlessly with the open plan layout, with sleek full-depth kitchen cabinets concealing an inset granite stone niche that accommodates a full range.

The bathrooms feature 12 x 24” floor-to-ceiling marble tiles and deep soaking tubs. The baths were fitted with modern shower heads, an inset full-length marble niche for elegant storage display, and half-inch frosted glass as a privacy divider.

Each apartment is complete with central air and sleek linear air diffusers, as well as Bluetooth controlled surround-sound speakers.
