Full-gut renovation of a 1200 square foot two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in the historic Ansonia Condominium building.

The construction included new 6” wide plank oblique wood flooring, two new bathrooms with custom European tile, and restoration on all of the original double-hung windows. The apartment was fitted with central air conditioning.
